He’s worked in personal training, sports performance, and group fitness for years, and brings a wealth of experience an knowledge to KSP. Originally from Arizona, Grayson is a former swimmer / basketball player. When he’s not assessing athletes at KSP, he loves hanging out with his wife and two dogs at home in Highlands Ranch.

Data Analysis

After your FAST START SESSION you’ll receive a full breakdown of the data on your baseline athletic tests. This analysis helps you identify areas for improvement and establish informed performance goals.

As you continue to work with Kula Sports Performance, we’ll periodically retest these variables to help you understand your progress.
