16 sessions of 60 minutes dedicated to elite speed development: Acceleration, Max Velocity, and Change of Direction. All data points will be measured and tracked per session with weekly “Top Speeds” announced.
Every athlete will get an initial Force Plate Assessment to allow for more in-depth coaching from our Master Trainers.

Our Return To Play specializes in ACL RTP and other major knee injuries. We strengthen the joint itself not just the surrounding muscle tissue which has helped us get over 70 athletes back on the field with 0 cases of re-injury to date.
Coach Zac Woodward leads our RTP Program. He has a background in return to sport specialized training, also a former D1 Strength Coach (won a National Championship with Cheer), worked with pro and international level athletes, and obtains his CSCS and Masters.
