Markus earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of New Mexico in 2016 and was a top-10 all-time high jumper for the UNM track team. With 14 years of experience in track and field and 10 years in sports performance coaching, he is the head track & field coach at Valor Christian High School and Steadfast Track Academy. Markus specializes in speed and strength coaching, aiming to develop mindful and resilient athletes. His certifications include CSCS, USA Track & Field Level 1, and USA-Weightlifting Level 1.
Kristin Jones

Kristin, a former top-ranked junior tennis player from Littleton, Colorado, earned a scholarship to the University of Oklahoma, where she served as captain and earned Big XII Conference honors. Now a Performance Coach at Kula Sports Performance, she specializes in movement, speed, plyometrics, strength, and injury prevention. Kristin is also a certified Performance Nutrition Coach and focuses on helping athletes recover after injury. She enjoys working with athletes of all ages to reach their potential. Outside of work, Kristin loves outdoor activities with her husband and three daughters.

Coach Bridgewater believes that sports enhancement is not only a matter of physical skills, but also of mental and emotional skills and thrives in creating a positive and supportive environment for all of his clients and teams. Matt graduated from Taylor University, where he played soccer and worked as a part-time strength and conditioning coach for the team. He holds a degree in Exercise Science and discovered his passion for sports performance while working on the university's research team, studying VO2 max data and distance running. This experience sparked his desire to help athletes optimize their performance through evidence-based training methods. Matt brings a deep understanding of physiology, movement, and athletic development to KSP, helping athletes of all levels improve their strength, speed, and overall performance.

Maddy holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Human Health and Performance with minors in Psychology and Pre-Health Studies, as well as a master’s degree in Movement Sciences with a focus on Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology, both from the University of Idaho. As a collegiate short sprinter, she combines firsthand athletic experience with academic expertise. Maddy also conducted research on balance and gait patterns in individuals with multiple sclerosis and stroke patients. With two years as a sports performance coach, she’s ready to help athletes reach new heights.

Stephen holds certifications including CSCS, CPT, PN-1, FMS-1, and USA Weightlifting. As a coach, he's worked with football, basketball, and track athletes, specializing in strength, speed development, and performance enhancement. Stephen is passionate about helping athletes at all levels elevate their game and reach their full potential.

Currently, she’s an assistant coach at Valor Christian High School, where she helped lead the team to multiple state championships. Julee is also the sprints coach for KSP’s Steadfast Track Academy, the gym’s in-house youth and high school indoor track and field club. A certified coach with the Colorado State Association of Athletics and USA Track & Field, Julee is also a former pole vaulter at the University of Northern Colorado, where she was part of the first female athletes to compete in the event.
